We have coded our own unplugged program of the five stages of the cicada life-cycle. We have included some obstacles too. The goal is to be able to have someone follow our codes to navigate our life-cycle by getting from stage 1 to stage 5 and avoiding the obstacles. Here are some examples of our coded life-cycles.

This week our activity was about a story called after the fire. We had to answer a couple of questions. Here is my presentation.
The goal of this writing activity was to tell the step-by-step life cycle of a cicada. We had to remember to use sequencing adverbs at the beginning of each step/paragraph.
